Rules, Terms & Conditions

Our Rules focus on safety and courtesy.

Safety Rules
1.    One Person at a time – only one person should be in the hitting area at a time. Exception of coach with student.
2.    Check Your Surroundings – Ensure no people, obstacles, or equipment are in your swing path before swinging
3.    Only Swing Club In Hitting Bay – Do not swing your golf club in any area other than the Hitting Bay.
4.    Mind Your Follow Through – Be Aware of your full swing path to avoid hitting screens or equipment
5.    Ball Stays In – Never hit balls outside of the Hitting Bay
6.    SwingLab does not assume responsibility for personal property damage
7.    Spectators, golfers waiting their turn and other persons in the SwingLab are responsible to be alert of where they stand or walk and to stay clear of a players swing path.
8.    Watch the ball.  Spectators, golfers waiting their turn and other persons in the SwingLab should pay attention to the ball after it is hit. There is always the possibility of a bad strike and errant ball flight.

Equipment Rules
1.    Clean your clubs before bringing them into the SwingLab. 
2.    Clean your shoes (soles) before entering the SwingLab.
3.    No personal golf balls. Only use the golf balls provided by the SwingLab.
a.    If you choose to bring your own balls, must be new in sleeve. Will be inspected by a member of the SwingLab
4.    Return your clubs to the bag or club rack. Do not leave golf clubs lying around.
5.    No metal spikes
6.    Report any malfunctioning equipment to a member of SwingLab. Do not attempt to “fix” anything on your own.
7.    Report any accidents to a member of SwingLab immediately.

Etiquette & Time Rules
1.    Be Courteous – Don’t talk or make noise when others are hitting
2.    Time Management – Please arrive 10 minutes prior to scheduled time to allow for SwingLab setup.
3.    Finish On Time – Please be aware of pace of play. 
4.    Food & Drink – No alcoholic beverages. No Food.  You may bring your own drink or purchase from SwingLab. 
a.    No drinks in the Hitting Bay
b.    If you happen to spill your drink, please be courteous and notify a member of SwingLab, or clean it up yourself.
5.    Customers are responsible for damage caused by failure to follow the rules.
